  Our Privacy Policy (Ultimate Performance Coaching) Privacy Policy

For each unregistered/non-member unique visitors to our Web pages, our Web server automatically recognizes no visitor information regarding their domain name or their e-mail address either.  We collect only the e-mail addresses of those who communicate to us (not us to them) and further opt-in subscription with us via e-mail subscription storing only information volunteered by users, visitors, club members, customers or clients such as site survey information and or site registrations.  We do not share, trade, sell or rent your email addresses under any circumstances, nor transfer any postal address or any other data or information shared that we hold about you to any other third party.  

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages, used to customize the content of our page(s) for individual visitor's and to provide accounting for our refunds with our direct Clients and our Global Affiliate Partners and our Ambassadors who you may choose to purchase from, rather than direct from us.  

With respect to Cookies: Meaning; We use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access and also to track what you purchased from us, or our Global our Affiliate Partners or our Ambassadors.  From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice, but that is rare (hasn't happened yet). If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will contact you before we change any data for these new purposes and notify you of the policy change and to also provide you with the ability to opt out at that point of the changes of these new uses.  Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us via our email, our web form or by telephone (778-512-7756 or email Steve@SLQK.net.  

Upon request by you, we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, including unique identifier information (e.g., member number and or passwords), transaction information) e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts of purchases and types of purchases and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).  Members can access this information by emailing or calling us at our headquarters office.  If you feel that this site is not following it's stated information policy above, you may contact Coach Steve directly himself at Steve@SLQK.net or by calling the office (look at “contact us” number).
