For Ultimate Performance Coaching (aka UP) via SuccessvsStress.com Product Terms & Conditions Coaching Services The scope, themes, forms and intentions of Ultimate Performance Coaching (UP) and it's coaching products, programs and services are visible on its website in great detail and is known to the client.

Our Copyright The client acknowledges the copyright of Strategist Steve, based in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. Reproductions in any form must have advanced written permission from only Steve.

Confidentiality SLQK (SLQK Dm Strategies) recognizes that the client may have future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. UP will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for Steve's own benefit, or disclosure, or communicate this information to any third party.

Ethics UP acknowledges and commits to the Code of Ethics as outlined by the International Coach Federation. UP does not represent any religious ideologies, or are members of any sect, cult or dogmatic organization. 

Coaching-Language UP uses a certain coaching language, which is designed to reinforce the impact of the coaching sessions or products. This language uses common words but rearranges the grammar in such a way that the wording matches the functioning of lessons and program. Therefore the impact of the conversation with a SLQK sessions and products is comparatively significantly higher. You also may be offered a Coach whose native language is not yours. UP has assured that this Coach has full capacity to act in the capacity of Coach and to coach you consistent with the level of quality you expect from UP and the Coaching Industry regardless of any accents of the assigned Coach.

Quality-Guarantee The satisfaction of it's clients is SLQK's highest priority. To provide the very best coaching products, skills and methods is SLQK's ongoing commitment. It is SLQK's philosophy to do whatever it takes in order for the clients to achieve their commitments in the most effective way possible so long as it is ethical, legal and morale.

No-Replacement SLQK products and services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the National Psychiatric Association. SLQK sessions, products and services are not a substitute for proper counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and the client will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy. UP sessions, products and services are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or any other qualified professional(s). You acknowledge You will seek independent professional guidance for any legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. All decisions in these areas are exclusively those of the client's alone and she/he acknowledges that her/his decisions and actions regarding are her/his sole responsibility are not that of SLQK, its Global Partners and or its Ambassadors.

Length-of-Your-Coaching-Sessions The average duration of a SLQK “Top Gun” Business Coaching Sessions, if chosen, is 45 minutes, sometimes 60 minutes, depending on what you’ve purchased. A coaching session may be completed earlier, or later. An SLQK Coach does not look at her/his watch frequently, however with 10 minutes left to your coaching, the Coach will declare a “10 Minute Warning!” Your Coach assesses the possible additional length of the current coaching session and informs the client about this (if looking long, or short). The client now can choose themselves to either continue the elongated session for an additional charge or end the session on time.

Billing The billing of the delivered coaching products and services will be executed on the on-line purchase date (each month on-line for the month’s coaching services). The first coaching session cannot start unless a deposit is on account and your questionnaire has been returned for assignment. The billing is done by either e-transfer, Credit Card or PayPal and or recurring billing on Merchant service transaction to a credit card or debit card in your name and on a credit card account or an e-transfer with enough open balance credit to accept your monthly coaching fee as agreed to by both parties in writing, in advance. 

Additional-Costs Because coaching is delivered by telephone, or Skype, or Zoom, the Coach will phone the Client at the pre-arranged time acknowledging that any fees associated with these calls are the direct expense of the Client. Our Coaches use cell phone plans, Skype.com or Zoom.us to reduce or eliminate costs, therefore we encourage our Clients to use Skype.com and or Zoom.us as well for the cheapest possible connection-fees incurred. 

Session-Cancellations Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. There will be NO refund or credit for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled sessions, nor will the calls be made up under these circumstances. With proper notice in advance calls can be made up.

Liability The Client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the coaching sessions, coaching products or relationship. They are liable for their own possible damages, if incurred. UP is released from any liability or claims made by the Client. 

Cancellations-by-SLQK asks you for your understanding that we reserve the right to cancel coaching sessions, for example in the case of illness, holiday, natural disaster (power outages). However, we shall in every case inform the client before the scheduled session is to occur and make the session up at the earliest possible time convenient to the Client and the Coach as well.

Court-of-Jurisdiction Doesn't apply. UP will not employ juristic steps to carry through their rights. This matches the holistic philosophy lived by SLQK and our commitment is to make things right by the client, avoid court cases and get to the bottom of the issue by offering refunds, additional sessions, additional products or some form of a soft landing for the client to stop their coaching and offer proper closure to make things end as they begin, classy.
